BURN is our hot HIIT class! Create functional strength through repetition, yoga shapes, core work, and cardio bursts all set to great tunes. BURN is a powerful, physically challenging class, designed to push and make you stronger. Class generally is just you and the mat, but sometimes will incorporate sliders, blocks and/or bands, which are provided.
STRENGTH is yoga with weights done the VERA way: create functional strength through repetition, yoga shapes, and core work all set to great tunes. STRENGTH is a powerful, physically challenging class designed to tone your body and up level your yoga practice. Class uses hand weights, which are provided, and ends with a cardio burst.
Build efficient movement patterns via a strong CORE. CORE > STRENGTH is a powerful, physically challenging class which uses yoga postures, mat Pilates movements, and sometimes equipment to get you working hard.
Connect breath to movement through intelligent sequencing. After a warm up you will explore freedom of movement in your first flow, followed by two fully led sequences. ALIGN brings as much energy as our FLOW classes, with an extra level of attention through each posture. Great for those looking to deepen their practice and newer yogis alike!
Melt into the floor in this slowdown. Creative playlists take you on a journey through each long hold. YIN is the antidote to your usual workout: go deep into your muscles and explore a meditative release for your mind.
OPENAIR Format
Held only in the summer, OPENAIR classes are our signature formats with light heat and open blinds to get the most out of the sunny months. When it’s 90+ out we open the windows and practice our Zen in the middle of NYC hustle.
